Podcast bump: New Houston, Florida flaws, Big East woes, ACC rise, Champions Classic and more with Tate Frazier
A friendly reminder that the podcast a) exists and b) is pretty awesome
Greetings Buzzer readers! The season is in full swing, the November basketball is entertaining on an almost unprecedented nightly basis, and the Champions Classic, that old “oh the season really is starting” milestone is here. What better time, then, to remind all of you that a) the Basket Under Review Podcast, my new podcast in conjunction with the great folks at Basket Under Review, is publishing new episodes every Tuesday morning, and b) I think it’s pretty great.
Of course, I would say that. It’s my podcast. But how do you know I’m wrong? You have to listen for yourself. Prove me wrong!
One fantastic new development: College hoops podcasting grandee Tate Frazier, whose One Shining Podcast I frequently appeared on after Buzzer launched, has recently joined us as a weekly recurring guest. It’s been a blast podding with Tate regularly again. We are right back in the groove. This week, we went in-depth on a talented Houston team in some form of tactical transition, talked about Florida’s continued inability to make shots, examined Georgetown’s rise, marveled at A.J. Dybantsa being good at basketball (hot take), picked through the Big East’s broader woes, tallied the ACC’s super-promising collective start, and discussed a whole lot more — plus a preview of tonight’s marquee games.

If you appreciate my college basketball writing, I’d bet a fair amount of money you’ll love the podcast. And if you do love the podcast — please go like, subscribe, and leave us a five-star review on the apps. It’s a cliché, but that stuff really helps.
Thank you for your attention to this matter! Much more sincerely: thank you for supporting my work in all its formats. It means a ton. Enjoy!
